1587, 2A – It was 15 years ago since the end of the First World War.
The conflict rocked the world and left half a generation of both women and men dead on the battlefield. Two of the hundreds of players who had played on the global scene remained as a Kingdom: Cirinthia as well as the former Republic of Tariq. Dimitri Noraskov was a hero of the Kingdom of Arkadya who fell. He rose from the ashes. His king was a coward who surrendered, and the traitor for having acceded to the Treaty of Evenheart.
His people followed his example.
When Noraskov overthrew his king and seized power, the people backed him. He was able to regain the land he had lost and they helped him. Then they backed him as he raised an army. Noraskov believed that nations around the world were exhausted by the Great War to implement the treaty’s provisions. So far, his theory has been proven
successful.
There is no indication of abating its agressiveness. Many fear they will see the Great War will be reopened that could have stopped it in the past. But there are those that think it is possible to be prevented…
Rise of the Third Power is a tribute to console-style RPG. The game features modern day features like auto-save and the best games of both western and Japanese styles of writing and gameplay. This game is a fusion between west and east, and will surpass all previous Stegosoft Games games.
CUSTOM BATTLE SYTEM Custom Battle Sytem Rise of the Third Power has 8 characters which can be used to fight simultaneously on the battlefield. Every character has its strengths as well as weaknesses. It is possible to combine each character’s strengths and weak points every character in addition to analyzing the abilities of your adversaries, before forming your formation to go into the battle.
Political Intriguing The political intrigue continues to grow as Rin is recovering from the Great War, power balance is severely degraded. There’s still a number of gaps in power that must be to be filled. The player’s party will be at risk of being attacked and supported by deceivers, fraudsters, and traitors, while the clock is ticking down towards another rerun of the biggest conflict in the history of mankind…
PERSISTENT EQUIPMENT: Each piece of equipment that is discovered, stolen or bought by a character unlocks an upgrade to their character. Instead of replacing it, the player can buy upgrades. Don’t spend money on that great helmet in town, and then finding a better one as treasure within an underground dungeon… Each character is equipped with 3 slots that have 8 different upgrades, there are 192 available for all! The system eliminates the monotony of managing inventory, and providing the player with an item to look for.
A STORY DRIVEN PARTY: Join eight group of friends who have different goals and perspectives as they set out on an attempt to overthrow Dimitri Oraskov, Arkadyan Emperor. A mix of humor as well as drama are in store for players as they explore the dark and dangerous world of Rin.
