After three months of not being in his home town, Lloyd Bannings returns in attempt to follow in brother’s footsteps , and become a member of his brother in the Crossbell Police Department. However, when he arrives to find he’s assigned to the Special Support Section, a new division that handles odd jobs and minor requests. He meets his new teammates that include Elie MacDowell, the granddaughter of the mayor’s daughter; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier and Tio Plato, who is a young technological genius.
Though their department is mocked by the media, and snubbed upon by other departments of CPD, Lloyd and his friends continue to fight to make their city an improved place. However, as they go about their business they come into contact with the corruption that is sweeping the city. They’re not aware of the extent to which the shadows in Crossbell City reach…
